Just two weeks after being the first place female finisher at the 2026 Getem Services Big Blue 5K presented by Sentara, she raced to another impressive win as the first female finisher at the 2026 Virginia Beach 10 Miler presented by Sentara!

Speed met the surf at the Virginia Beach 10 Miler presented by Sentara as Robert Mazzanti powered down the boardwalk and claimed the 2026 title at 53:34!"What made the VA Beach 10 mile race special was the energy on course. The out-and-back sections meant interacting with other runners and the encouragement was genuinely electric — people cheering, smiling, pushing each other. That kind of atmosphere is what makes a race memorable and Virginia Beach delivered it in full.The win also means a lot personally. After a bad injury last fall, I wasn’t able to run until February. Crossing that finish line first is a reminder of what’s possible when you stay committed through the hard parts."
